Once we find your perfect home, I will gather the information you need to make an informed decision of the properties’ value in the present market and help you negotiate the terms of the sale. With knowledge of the best real estate lawyers, qualified home inspectors, experienced appraisers, expert surveyors and skilled contractors, I can refer you to the area’s leading professionals to assist you through the process.
I offer a “value added” approach to my buyer’s real estate service. As a Certified Home Inspector, Subsurface Waste Water Disposal System Inspector and a previously certified Radon tester, I have the skill to advise you on health, safety and condition issues that could affect the purchase of your home.
Finally, I will guide you through the process by keeping you informed of any issues that arise and offer council to quickly resolve them on your way to closing and ownership of your new home.
